5. In section 7 of the principal Act, for clauses (a) (b) (c) (d) (e)
- (f) and
- (g) the following clauses shall be substituted, namely,- "(a) the Chairman/Chairperson, TTD Board;
- (b) the Executive Officer, TTD;
- (c) the Director-cum-Vice-Chancellor;
- (d) the Dean;
- (e) the Registrar, such other persons as may be prescribed to be officers of the Institute.".
