Chapter XII PRISON REGIMEN FOR WOMEN PRISONERS
Statutory text
Any complaint or information of sexual harassment of a woman prisoner shall be acted upon without delay as per the provisions of law. The enquiry report shall be sent to such authority as may be prescribed by rules.
