Information to be given to authorised officer

Information to be given to authorised officer. —

1. (1) Where any authorised officer has reason to believe that a contravention of any of the provisions of this Act or any order or notification made thereunder has been committed, he may require any person in charge of such fishing vessel to furnish such information as he may deem necessary, and such person shall be bound to furnish such information.
