Statutory text
Amendment of section 118.—In section 118 of the principal Act, for sub-section (1), the following sub-section shall be substituted, namely:—
- (1) All moneys received by the Gram Panchayat shall be lodged in the nearest Government Treasury or in such other bank as may be approved by the Government.
