Amendment of section 117.—In section 117 of the principal Act, for sub-section (1), the following sub-section shall be substituted, namely:—
- (1) Every Gram Panchayat shall have a Gram Panchayat Fund to which shall be credited all the moneys received by the Gram Panchayat.
