Statutory text
Amendment of section 127.—In section 127 of the principal Act,—
- (1) in sub-section (1), for the words "every Gram Panchayat", the words "every Gram Panchayat or Mandal Praja Parishad" shall be substituted;
- (2) in sub-section (2), for the words "a Gram Panchayat", the words "a Gram Panchayat or a Mandal Praja Parishad" shall be substituted.
