Amendment of section 103.—In section 103 of the principal Act, in sub-section (1),—
- (a) for the words "tax or fee" the words "tax, fee or contribution" shall be substituted;
- (b) for the words "the recovery of the tax or fee" the words "the recovery of the tax, fee or contribution" shall be substituted.
