Chapter II THE FIRE AND EMERGENCY SERVICE
Statutory text
- (1) For the purposes of this Regulation, the Director may appoint Fire Officer not below the rank of Leading Fireman, who shall be officer-in-charge of a Fire Station or other field formations as per the size of the Fire and Emergency Service as prescribed by the Government.
- (2) The Director may appoint such number of staff to assist the Fire Officer as may be prescribed.
- (3) The qualifications for appointment and other conditions of service of the officers designated under this Regulation shall be such as may be prescribed.
