Superintendence of Fire and Emergency Service to vest in Government

On and from the date of commencement of this Regulation, the superintendence of, and control over, the Fire and Emergency Service shall vest in the Government and the Fire and Emergency Service shall be administered by the Government in accordance with the provisions of this Regulation and the rules made thereunder.
