Chapter X MISCELLANEOUS
Statutory text
Every employee of the Fire and Emergency Service, acting under the provisions of this Regulation, shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of clause (28) of section 2 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
