Proposal for establishment of University

Statutory text
(1) The Sponsoring Body shall have the right to establish the Himalayiya University in accordance with the provisions of this Act. (2) The proposal for establishment of the University along with documents shall be submitted by the Sponsoring Body to the State Government.
