Journey with companion

The railway coupons referred to in section-5 may also used by member for taking along with himself in journeys by rail one companion in the following cases namely – (a) not more than twice during each session of the Assembly, as the case may be, for coming to Dehradun from the railway station nearest to the place of his residence and going back from Dehradun to such railway station ; (b) In case of a woman member, for such journey as is performed by her for her attendance required in connection with her duties and functions as such member and for returning, after such attendance, to the place of her residence.
