Secretarial allowance

Every member of the Assembly, whether or not he holds any of the office referred to in clause (f) of section 2 including the leader of opposition shall be entitled to receive for the duration of his membership or, during the whole of term in which he holds such office as the case may be secretarial allowance at the rate of twelve thousand rupees per month.
