(2) In the remarks column mention may be made of the nature of work of a society in case it is not clear from Column No. 1. If a society has been formed by amalgamation of splitting up, the name and registration no. and date of the original society or societies should also be mentioned in the remarks column. (3) What is unnecessary should be scored out. (4) In case of registration of amendments to bye-laws (a) classification of society need not be given if it is unchanged; (b) copy of this intimation need not be sent to the Central Bank or Central Society concerned unless it is a case of material change which affects the relationship or obligation of the society to the Central Bank or Central society; (c) reference to clauses of bye-laws amended may be given in 'remarks' column. (5) If any Central Society to which the society, in question, is or is to be affiliated is other than Central Bank, a copy should be endorsed to the Central Society and not to the Central Co-operative Bank
