Uttarakhand Cooperative Societies Rules, 2004Where a sale of the mortgaged property has become absolute and the sale proceeds have been received full by the State Co-operative Bank on application from the purchaser accompanied by the amount required for general stamp, the Uttaranchal State co-operative Bank shall grant a sale certificate to the purchaser in Form IV certifying the property sold, the sale price, the date of sale, the name of the person who at the time of the sale is declared to be the purchaser and the date on which the sale become absolute original copy of the sale certificate shall be given to the purchaser and a copy of the same shall be forwarded to Sub-registrar appointed under the Indian Registration Act, 1908. Upon the production of such certificate, the Sub-registrar within the limits of whose property indicated in the certificate or a part of it is existed under Section 51 of India Registration Act, 1980 will register the items in Book No. 1.
