Registrar power to permit a co-operative society to function as an agency for disbursement of developmental Loans for Agriculture and Rural Development Schemes and Allied activities

It shall be competent for the Registrar to permit any co-operative society or societies carrying on the business of banking to disburse developmental loans for Agriculture & Rural Development scheme & allied activities laid down in Chapter XVI.
