Control of expenditure in litigation in certain cases

No expenditure from the funds of a society shall be uncured without prior sanction in writing of the State Government for the purposes of defraying the costs of any proceedings filed or instituted in any court by any officer or committee of management of the society against any order made or purporting to be made by the Registrar or the State Government under section 29, section34, section 35 or section 35-A.
