Power to remove difficulty

(1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, Governor may, by order, give such directions, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as appear to be necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing the difficulty : Provided that no order under sub-section (1) shall be made after the expiry of two years from the date on which this Act comes into force . (2) Every order made under this section shall be put before the State Legislatives Assembly.
