The Director, Curriculum shall be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor with prior approval of the State Government for such period and on such terms as may be prescribed by Statutes but not below the rank of Assistant Professor in Modern Medicine with a minimum seven years of teaching experience in NMC recognised or permitted institutions and shall be a full time salaried officer of the University and shall work directly under the control of the Vice-Chancellor;
