Procedure for holding meetings of selection committee

(i) Three members, of whom at least two shall be persons having special knowledge on the subject concerned, shall be a quorum for a meeting of a Selection Committee. (ii) If the Syndicate does not accept the recommendation of a Selection Committee, it shall refer the recommendation stating reasons for not accepting it to the Chancellor and the decision of the Chancellor shall be final.
