Establishment of the University

(i) There shall be established a University by the Trust in the name of Dhamma Dipa International Buddhist University, Tripura. (ii) The Headquarters of the University will be in Sabroom Sub-Division of South Tripura District and it may also establish Campus/ Study Centre/Off-Campus/Off-Shore Campus Study Centers at such places anywhere in the State. (iii) The University shall be an Autonomous Body. (iv) The University shall have perpetual succession and a common seal, and shall sue and be sued by the name of Dhamma Dipa International Buddhist University.
