Procedure

(1) No Court inferior to a Magistrate of the first class shall try an offence punishable under this Act. (2) [Deleted]. (3) An offence punishable under Section 5, 6, 7, 11, 16, 17 and 18 of this Act may be tried summarily. Provided that such complaint shall in the case of offences punishable under sub-section (2) of section 21, be made with the prior approval of the Administrator.
