CAR AND COMPUTER LOAN

Statutory text
- (1) There may be paid to a Member (which expression shall include the Chief Minister, other Ministers, the Speaker, the Deputy Speaker, Leader of the Opposition and Government Chief Whip) by way of repayable loan with Bank link such sum of money not exceeding Rupees Three Lakhs for purchasing Car and also there may be paid to a Member repayable loans from the Assembly Secretariat such sum of money not exceeding Rupees Fifty Thousand for purchasing Computer at 5% simple interest.
- (2) Other Terms & conditions of the loan shall be such as may be prescribed by Rules.
