This Act fixes the salaries, allowances, pensions and other benefits of Ministers, the Speaker, the Deputy Speaker, the Leader of the Opposition, the Government Chief Whip and members of the Tripura Legislative Assembly. It covers sumptuary, conveyance, travelling, daily, constituency, postal and telephone allowances, annual travel facilities, and medical benefits.
