District Supervising Team

Statutory text
(1) The State Government shall, by notification, set-up an authority to be called the District Supervising Team for each district, for supervision of clinical establishments, with the following members, namely:— (a) District Health Officer - Chairman; (b) District Family Welfare Officer - Member; (c) District Quality Assurance Officer - Member; (d) Any officer, as time to time Nominated by the CMO - Member.
