District Council for Clinical Establishment

The State Government shall, by notification, set-up an authority to be called the district registering authority for each district for registration and supervising of clinical establishments, with the following members, namely: (a) District Magistrate & Collector of the District or any other officer, nominated by him, not below the rank of Addl. DM - Chairperson; (b) Chief Medical Officer - Co-Chairperson; (c) District Health Officer - District Nodal Officer; (d) District Quality Assurance Officer - Member.
