Chapter VII SAFETY, INSPECTION AND DATA COLLECTION
Statutory text
- (1) Every owner of a specified dam shall establish a hydro-meteorological station in the vicinity of each specified dam capable of recording such data as may be specified by the regulations.
- (2) Every owner of the specified dam shall collect compile process and store data referred to in subsection (1) at a suitable location.
