Powers of the Finance Committee.

The Finance Committee shall have the following powers, namely:-

1. (i) to examine the proposals of the budget and annual accounts of the Institute and advise the Executive Board thereon;
2. (ii) to review the financial position of the Institute from time to time and make recommendations to the Executive Board thereon and also on all proposals involving raising of funds, receipts and expenditure and make recommendations on all proposals involving expenditure for which no provision has been made in the budget or which involve expenditure in excess of the amount provided in the budget.
