Amendment of section 13

In the principal Act, in section 13, in sub-section (1),-

1. (i) for clause (b), the following shall be substituted, namely ,- "(b) One Judge from the High Court for the State of Telangana either sitting or retired nominated by the Chancellor;";
2. (ii) in clause (g), for the words "Andhra Pradesh", the word "Telangana" shall be substituted.
