Amendment of section 9

In the principal Act, in section 9, in sub-section (1),

1. (i) in clause (g), for the words "Andhra Pradesh", the word "Telangana" shall be substituted;
2. (ii) for clause (i), the following shall be substituted, namely,- "(i) two persons from amongst sitting or retired Judges of the High Court for the State of Telangana, nominated by the Chancellor;".
