Notifications may be signed by seal

Save any summonses, warrants, or search warrants, required, by the provisions of this Act or the rules made thereunder, to be signed by the [Commissioner of City Police, Hyderabad] every licence or written permission or notification or document shall be deemed to be duly signed if it bears a facsimile of his signature stamped thereon.
