Committing nuisance in or near public place.

Whoever in or near any street or public place or public passage,-

(a) commits nuisance by easing himself, or

(b) having the care and custody of any child under (7) years of age suffers such child to commit a nuisance as aforesaid,

shall be punished with fine which may extend to fifty rupees.
