Validation of enhancement of House Rent allowance to the Speaker

Notwithstanding anything contained in section 4, the enhancement of House Rent Allowance from rupees ten thousand to rupees fifteen thousand per month in respect of the building owned by the Speaker with effect from 1-6-2004 through executive orders issued in G.O.Rt.No.4750, General Administration (Accommodation) Department, dated 17-8-2004 shall be deemed to have been validly made.
