Removal of certain disqualifications

No person shall be disqualified for being chosen as or for being a member of the [Telangana] Legislative Assembly [or the Legislative Council] on the ground only that he holds any of the offices specified in the Schedule to this Act. The office of any honorary medical officer or honorary assistant medical officer in a hospital under Government management.
