Definitions

In this Act, “Chief Whip in the Assembly” means the Government Chief Whip in the Telangana Legislative Assembly and “Chief Whip in the Council” means the Government Chief Whip in the Telangana Legislative Council and “Whip in the Assembly” means the Government Whip in the Telangana Legislative Assembly and “Whip in the Council” means the Government Whip in the Telangana Legislative Council, “Speaker and Deputy Speaker” means the Speaker and Deputy Speaker respectively of the Telangana Legislative Assembly and “Chairman” and “Deputy Chairman” means the Chairman and Deputy Chairman respectively of the Telangana Legislative Council.
