Chapter III WORKERS PARTICIPATION IN MANAGEMENT.

Whoever contravenes any of the provisions of this Act shall be punishable with a fine of five hundred rupees or more which may extend to five thousand rupees or with imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months, or with both.
