Chapter III WORKERS PARTICIPATION IN MANAGEMENT.
Statutory text
A member of the council after giving a notice of fifteen days to the Chairman, may resign his membership which shall take effect from the date of acceptance of the resignation or on the expiry of thirty days from the date of giving such notice.
