Chapter III WORKERS PARTICIPATION IN MANAGEMENT.
Statutory text
The resolutions of the enterprise council shall be placed before the Board of Directors by the Secretary or the Chief Executive of the Board. The Board of Directors shall discuss the same at its next meeting and take appropriate decisions.
