Control of Revenue Officers.

In all matters connected with this Act or the rules made thereunder unless it is otherwise provided therein the Government shall have and exercise over the Collectors and the Deputy Collectors, and the Collectors and the Deputy Collectors shall have and exercise over the officers subordinate to them, the same authority and control as they respectively have and exercise over them in the general and revenue administration.
