Applicability of certain sections of the Code of Criminal Procedure to court

Statutory text
- (1) The provisions of sections 403, 476, 476-A and 476-B of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898, shall apply to a village court.
- (2) Save as provided in sub-section
- (1) nothing contained in the said Code shall apply to a village court.
