If he does not admit the claim, he shall be required to state his objections either orally or in writing, and the court may, if it thinks fit, adjourn the case to enable him to file a written statement.

Withdrawal of suit If the plaintiff wishes to withdraw a suit, he shall signify the same in writing to the court, which shall strike the suit off the file and no fresh suit shall be brought on the same cause of action.
