Acceptance of Tender

If the Tender Accepting Authority proposes to accept the tender as per the provisions of this section, the said authority shall pass orders accepting the tender together with reasons for such acceptance: Provided that if the tenderer is unable to supply the entire quantity required, the Tender Accepting Authority may follow the fixed rate contract procedure as may be prescribed.
