Filling up of regular vacancies

[Content as referenced in the Act but not fully provided in snippets] Where any vacancy among the elected members of any authority or other body of the University arises by efflux of time, such vacancy shall be filled by way of election which may be fixed by the Vice-Chancellor: Provided that such election shall not be held earlier than two months from the date on which the vacancy arises.
