The notice shall contain a copy of such order.

If tenants interested may make representation to Collector as to the nature of proposed measures Pending such an inquiry by the Collector or at any time within thirty days of the date when the copy of the notice is fixed as aforesaid, it shall be lawful for the tenants or other persons concerned to appear before the Collector and make such representations as they may think fit with regard to the nature of the proposed measures.
