Validation of notification dated the 25th May 1971

Notwithstanding anything contained in the principal Act, the notification of the State Government in the Revenue Department, 111 No. 139 of 1971, dated the 25th May 1971, published at page 755 of Part III of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 9th June 1971, shall be deemed to have come into force on the 19th November 1970.
