Amendment of Central Act 46 of 1952.

In section 6 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act, 1952 (Central Act 46 of 1952), in clause (a) of sub-section (1), the expression " or under section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Public Men (Criminal Misconduct) Act, 1973 " shall be omitted.
