Where the intestate has left widow, children or lineal descendants

Where the intestate has left surviving him by a marriage or marriages in his own community one or more of the following relations, namely :— (a) a widow or widows, (b) a son or sons, (c) an unmarried daughter or unmarried daughters, and (d) a lineal descendant or descendants (other than married females) in the male line through a deceased son or sons, the whole of the property shall belong to such surviving relation or relations.
