Preparation of supplemental estimates

The Board may in the course of any year for which an estimate has been sanctioned by the Government cause one or more supplemental estimates for the residue of such year to be prepared and the provisions of section 84 shall, so far as may be, apply to such estimate as if it were an annual estimate.
