Power of Government to direct regulation to be made
The Tamil Nadu Maritime Board Act, 1995(1) Whenever the Government consider necessary, in the public interest to do, it may, ay older in writing together with a statement of reasons there- for, direct the Boald to make regulation for all or ally of the matters specified in seetion 110 or to amend any regulation, with~n ~ U L , A peri& as tIbc.
