Saving of right of Central Government and of any municipalities to collect duties and power of Customs authorities

Nothing in this Act shall affect,-(1) the right of the Central Government to collect customs, duties or of any municipality to collect any duties at any dock, berth, wharf, quay, stage, jetty or pier in the possession of the Board, or (2) any power of authority vested in the Customs authorities under any law for the time being in force.
